File check. We run your hospital's public price-transparency file through CMS's own validator and send you the full report. No login, no card, no obligation.
Critical Access Hospitals (25 beds or fewer) — annual license. Flat and all-inclusive. Priced to fit within a SHIP (Small Rural Hospital Improvement Program) grant award.
Small rural hospitals (26–49 staffed beds) — annual license. Same product, same flat price — founding-program pricing.
Warning-letter format remediation. For hospitals under a CMS warning notice needing an immediate fix to the published file. Priced within the range by file count and error profile; applies toward the first subscription year.
Every annual subscription includes
- The AttestWell software, installed on the hospital's own computers — your data never leaves your building (no cloud transmission, no telemetry; verifiable by hospital IT)
- Complete CY2026 CMS price-transparency compliance: median and 10th/90th-percentile allowed amounts computed from the hospital's own 835 remittance data, machine-readable file generation verified against CMS's own validator, and the CEO attestation workflow
- A half-hour virtual training for hospital staff after delivery
- Virtual support and all software updates for the subscription year
No per-use fees. No modules. No implementation fee. No surprises at renewal.
Multi-year terms: the annual price can be locked for 2- or 3-year commitments (billed annually).
